How to resolve IP address issues in Windows with your Rok Box

If you happen to have an IP address conflict on your Rok Box with another PC on your network, you may be unable to properly connect to or share files on your network.

This article will outline how to resolve this issue.

First, click Start, and type: View Network Connections

The following option will be found, click on it:

Then right click your network connection:

And click properties.

Double click here:

Then tick the options below:

Hit OK, close any remaining windows, and reboot.

Test for the network IP issue/conflict again.
