My RokBox MC Mobile Laptop Will Not Power-On

If your RokBox MC Mobile Laptop will not power on: 


The first thing to do is to ensure that your power supply is plugged-in and to check all cables. 

Second, look on the front of the laptop for a green or amber charging LED. Do you see these LEDs lit-up? 

If you do, leave the laptop charging for at least an hour. 

Then, try powering it on. 

If it won't power-on: 

Unplug the power supply from the PC. 

Hold the power button down for ten seconds. 

Leave it unplugged for 30 minutes. 

Plug it back in, and see it if powers-on. 

If it does, then the issue was a brief power management issue. 

If it does not, the laptop needs to come back for repair, and we can organize that for you. Please open a support ticket to request an RMA.
