The issue: Your Rok Box boots and shows this screen:

The solution:

Most often, this issue occurs when a USB-connected device is acting as a bootable device on your PC.

Remove all USB devices save for your mouse/keyboard, and rebooot. If the system boots properly, reconnect devices one-by-one to ascertain which device is causing the issue.

If you cannot get the system to properly boot:

1. Boot the system from being powered off.

2. Press DEL repeatedly as the system boots to enter the BIOS setup.

3. Press F6 or F7 to enter Advanced Mode if not already loaded when you enter the BIOS.

4. Navigate to the tab labeled Boot.

5. Ensure that the first priority boot device is Windows Boot Manager. If it is not, set that option:

Set all other boot options to Disabled.

Navigate to the Save and Exit tab and select Exit Saving Changes or Save Changes and Reset

Let the system reboot, and ensure the issue is resolved.
